Why Can’t I Set The Primary Cuisine?

If you’re having problems getting the Primary Cuisine to be set for your OpenMenu we have some things you can check.  This problem usually comes up when you try and submit, or validate, your OpenMenu and receive a validation error.

This assumes that you’ve already gone to the Environment Information section and attempted to set the Primary Cuisine

To check:

  1. Make sure you are setting the Primary Cuisine using the drop-down selector
  2. When filling in Seating Quantity, Maximum Group Size, Delivery Radius and Delivery Fee you are entering a numeric value only
  3. When adding an Age Level Preference make sure the format is numeric with a dash/plus (-/+) allowed to show over or under ages
  4. When you’ve completed the information make sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and press Save
