Blue Moon

Carrot Cake
We created this ice cream for all moms to say thank you for making this special treat every spring only to watch it being devoured! Just like my mom, we added only fresh shredded carrot, golden raisins, Medjool dates, brown sugar and applesauce to replace a majority of the sugar and to round out this carrot confection we’ve recreated her sweet cream cheese icing.
