Schlafly White Lager

St. Louis Mo. Lagers are often served bright and clear, without the yeast used to ferment them, giving them a clean, malty finish. Rather than filter out the yeast, however, this lager keeps a cloudy, golden-colored hue with just the right hop dosing. This rare style dates back to the Middle Ages, where the beer was matured in deep vaults and emerged smooth and rich in vitamins. It's like an unfiltered lager—sort of like a fresher, hoppier hefe.

Mirror Pond Pale Ale

Deschutes Brewery. Mirror Pond Pale Ale is the quintessential northwest pale ale. Cascade hops and more Cascade hops give this tawny colored ale delicious hop-forward aroma and flavor. Pale malt allows the hops to linger, not overpower. 5% ABV, 40 IBU.

Gravel Bar IPA

This east meets west coast IPA has a BIG tropical and stone fruit aroma, followed by a citrus and grapefruit tatse through the middle, then finishes dry with a clean bitterness. 90 Shilling Ale

Odell Brewing. "An irresistibly smooth and delicious medium-bodied amber ale. The name 90 Shilling comes from the Scottish method of taxing beer. Only the highest quality beers were taxed 90 Shillings. A shilling was a British coin used from 1549 to 1982. We think you’ll find this original ale brilliantly refreshing, and worth every shilling." 5.3% ABV 27 IBU

Most breweries have at least one piece of equipment that’s just a bit persnickity. Here at Boulevard we have fermenter number seven, the black sheep of our cellar family. Ironically, when our brewers were experimenting with variations on a traditional Belgian-style farmhouse ale, the perfect combination of elements came together in that very vessel. You could call it fate, but they called it Tank 7, and so it is. 38 IBU. 8.50% ABV

NITRO! Rich and creamy. Distinctively black. Velvety in its finish. This iconic beer is defined by harmony. Sip after sip, sweet counters bitter as the malt arrives on cue to compliment a base of roasted barley. Dirty Bastard

Founders Brewing Co. A scotch style ale so good it’s almost wrong. Dark ruby in color and brewed with seven varieties of imported malts. Complex in finish, with hints of smoke and peat, paired with a malty richness and a right hook of hop power to give it the bad attitude that a beer named Dirty Bastard has to live up to. Ain’t for the wee lads. ABV: 8.5% IBUs: 50
