Wint’rese
The winter version of our popular Bennett’s Caprese salad. A wedge of Bubalus Bubalis bufala mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted winter vegetables, crisp cabbage, basil oil and a rich balsamic reduction.
Cornmeal Crusted Oysters
Five plump Pacific oysters are covered in a seasoned cornmeal crust and pan fried. Served with chipotle mayo.
Foraged Mushroom Tart
A medley of freshly picked mushrooms, diced shallots, cream and thyme in a flakey cheese crust.
Grilled Mussels
