Deep Dish Pizza Pie
This wonderful quiche inspired pie is filled with zucchini, carrot, mushroom, and a creamy sun-dried tomato pate. Garnished with basil and served with a side salad.
Veggie Lasagna
This layered slice of heaven alternates layers of a savory herbed almond and sunflower seed pate with thin slices Jicama and zucchini (or seasonal vegetables) and is served on a bed of salad greens with tomatoes, marinated onion, sunflower seeds and finished with olive oil. Gluten and soy free.
Spicy Thai Grinder
Carrot and peanut pate, flavored with nama shoyu, garlic and cilantro formed into a patty atop a bed of chopped cabbage and dressed with a sweet and tangy miso glaze. While this isn’t a classic Italian sandwich, it IS our most popular dish!

Sesame-encrusted chickpea falafels served with raw chickpea hummus and sprouted green lentil tabouleh, with greens for wrapping and tahini sauce for dipping.

Green Curry Zucchini
Julienned zucchini smothered in a creamy green curry sauce made with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, ginger, garlic, cilantro, chiles, spices and coconut.
