Brewer's Cobb Salad

The cobb salad is the classic "whatever's in the kitchen" dinner salad. We start with a big bowl of fresh mixed greens and load it with grilled chicken, hickory-smoked bacon, gorgonzola cheese, avocado, tomatoes, egg and your choice of any of our housemade dressings.

Chicken Waldorf Salad*

The first waldorf salad was served at the waldorf astoria in 1893 and became a staple of fine dining for the next century. Our contribution to this classic recipe starts with a bed of mixed greens for bite, honey mustard vinaigrette for tang, craisins, gorgonzola cheese, candied walnuts, celery, grapes and apple chips to keep with tradition, and finally topped with a grilled chicken breast to make it a meal.
