Goose Bay Pinot Gris is an homage to the great Pinot Gris wines of Alsace, with a distinct New World edge. Sourced from Marlborough, the wine has a brilliant gold color from four months' aging in French Oak.

From the mecca of Pinot Noir, these Willamette Valley grapes were whole cluster pressed and slowly fermented. Notes of strawberry and violets.

Over 2 years aged in barrels followed by 8 months in the bottle before release. This wine has been curated consciously from Elvi's best single vineyards of Tempranillo and is perfect for any occasion.
Distinctly Argentinian, Sforno wines are produced by winemakers with generations of winemaking history from vineyards in the world-renowned Gualtallary region of the Uco Valley at the foot of the Andes Mountains. The Sforno Malbec has aromas of ripe blueberries and black cherries with subtle notes of spice. On the palate, its tannins are delicate, round, and persistent with a gentle spicy finish.
The color is a light translucent purple with a little bit of cloudiness. The nose is filled with fruit, bursting with strawberries, maraschino cherries, and a hint of blue fruit that is fresh and clean. The taste is as flavorful as the aromas suggest and has a nice acidic mouth feel that balances the wine. Its light bodied but the acidity kicks up the experience. Light alcohol and light tannins make the wine very accessible to any drinker.
This noble grape variety comes from vineyards planted in two adjacent appellations: the Upper Galilee, on a combination of basaltic and terra rossa soil over a layer of hard limestone bedrock with efficient aeration of the roots; and the center of the Golan Heights, with its deep, basaltic soil and good drainage. Judean Hills, Israel. A wine with remarkably fresh and pure aromas and flavors: Classic Chardonnay notes of apple and pear, plus intriguing hints of honey and almonds. Oak influence is mellow, leaving Psagot Chardonnay as a very food-friendly wine.
Lake County, California. Super light beige looking in color, maybe a little straw looking, but clear and clean. The aroma is from nice tropical smells like pineapple, citrus, lime and apple peel and maybe some flint and minerals. The taste is very light bodied with a fair amounts of sweetness, not overpowering, but definitely a present sweetness. The acid comes on soft in the mid palate and stays soft the whole time through to the finish.
Burgundy, France. The nose is highly expressive and open, exuding fruity aromas (citrus) and saline notes evocative of sea air, giving way to a mineral finish. Starts off bold and lively on the palate. The finish showcases this wine’s minerality and harmonious structure.

Lodi, California. Lodi old vines produce intensely flavored grapes. This wine was aged for 12 months in old and new barrels, then finished in (Kosher for Passover) Sorghum Whiskey barrels for a velvety mouthfeel and smoky, caramel flavor.
Judean Hills. Shiloh Secret Reserve, Cabernet Sauvignon.Deep black cherry in color, this wine has a nose o black plum, roasted red pepper and violet. It is sophisticated on the palate, with robust tannins and flavors of dark berries, coffee, mocha and annise.
Region: France, St Julen. Refined with a young composition, Pavillon de Leoville Poyferre enjoys a fruity character with a palate pleasing finesse that is very rare to find for a Bordeaux of its age.
Israel. This wine has an opaque and dark purple color. It has intense fruit aromas, along with black raspberry, roasted coffee beans, and cacao bouquet. This is complemented with a complex and varied flavor: black fruit, blueberry and raspberry and a soft acidity. It has a robust body, and is rich in tannins.

Napa Valley, California. This Oakville, Napa Cabernet was barrel aged for 16 months and shows baking spices, tobacco and dried herbs, fresh earth, and cedar. Aromas of black cherry and cassis with lingering notes of vanilla and plum. Medium bodied with fine tannins and long finish. Saint Emilion, France. The wine has a wonderful purple color, bright and bursting with color with a Viking purple at the edges. The aroma has a great earthy fruity aroma, like cherries just picked from the ground and some raspberries. This is a light bodied, medium acid taste with more red fruit on the palate, with some notes of cedar. The super smooth tannins create a reasonably long finish that sits on the top of the tongue.
Marlborough, New Zealand. 2018. The color is a light translucent purple with a little bit of cloudiness. The nose is filled with fruit, bursting with strawberries, maraschino cherries, and a hint of blue fruit that is fresh and clean. The taste is as flavorful as the aromas suggest and has a nice acidic mouth feel that balances the wine. Its light bodied but the acidity kicks up the experience.
Galilee, Israel. A rich nose and palate of blackberries, plums, and black cherries along with earthy notes of forest and cloves. Nice notes of sweet oak, tar, and acid combine with well-integrated yet powerful tannins for a deep, complex, and rich wine with a long and caressing finish.
Napa Valley, California. Rich aromas of black cherry, tobacco, and cedar fill the nose, and bold notes of ripe plum and dark cherry melt on the tongue. One can detect an undercurrent of toasted almonds and vanilla flavors as the wine moves to the back of the palate.

Yamazaki whiskies are complex and deep There's a big hit of prune and cherry from the sherry casks, darker honey, roasted grains and oak, orange, apricot, green grape, vanilla, and cinnamon. The fruitiness and oakiness are great, but the heat also swelled out of the glass with everything else
Toasted barley, seed & nut loaf, chopped almonds and a little bit of barrel char. Hints of milk chocolate and dried grass bring sweetness. Much more fruit on the palate, but it's but no means a sweet whisky. Still rich, herbaceous and grassy, with a waft of smoke along the way. Quite short, though enjoyable with orange peel and a touch of minerals.

The original Laphroaig, distilled following traditions laid down by Ian Hunter over 75 years ago. In making Laphroaig, malted barley is dried over a peat fire. The smoke from this peat, found only on Islay, gives Laphroaig its particularly rich flavour. Those enjoying the 10 Year Old will first notice the bold, smoky taste, followed by a hint of seaweed and a surprising sweetness.
This is a single malt from the Yoichi distillery, Nikka's first distillery built in 1934. The founder Masataka Taketsuru chose Yoichi in Hokkaido because of the similar environmental conditions to Scotland, where he learned whisky making. Yoichi single malt has pleasant peaty notes and smokiness originating from the traditional direct coal-fired distillation as well as a briny hint delivered by the sea breeze during the aging process.
A Japanese blended whisky that has been the subject of some controversy. The bottling for the home market in Japan is made with malt whisky and molasses spirit, which would not be classed as 'whisky' in the EU. This export version, however, is made from malt and grain whiskies.

As the whisky contains so many characteristic components at a higher alcohol of 51.4%, it is essential to let the liquid "marriage" in used casks for 3-6 months for it to stabilize and harmonize.
