Our Cromer's House blend, brewed all day every day. Blending consists of combining different Arabica varieties and different processing methods in order to achieve acidity, aroma, body and flavor compatible with the target customer's preferences. Daterra's Sunrise Blend consists of 8 different types of Arabica beans, creating a coffee with sweet orange-like citrusy fruit notes, a bright acidity, and a clean crisp finish.

Cappuccino

With less milk than a latte, cappuccino offers a stronger espresso flavor and a luxurious texture. To make it properly requires much skill and attentiveness. Arguably the most important part is frothing the foam to velvety perfection as the milk steams – something our baristas take great care to achieve. The milky moustache that clings to your upper lip is proof we’ve made yours right. And may we say, you wear it well.

Cafe Americano

a Cafe Americano is a type of coffee created by adding hot water to espresso. It translates as American coffee because it was the way Italian baristas would approximate the taste of drip coffee for American soldiers stationed in Italy during the first and second World War, as Italians do not generally use drip coffee machines. An Americano is sweeter and has less caffeine than normal drip coffee, because steam is used rather than water.

Our General Nut Master's favorite, and a proven crowd favorite, the Caprese Sandwich takes on the traditional italian inspired salad: Fresh tomato, Basil pesto and melted Mozarella on ciabatta bread.
