To celebrate autumn we’re making a fragrant ragu, or sauce, of local wild chanterelles, porcinis, brown caps and organic portobellos sautéed with leeks, butter, garlic and white wine. Served over plump three-cheese ravioli and sprinkled with fresh parmesan.
