(Certified Organic * Shade Grown) Ethiopia is the indigenous birthplace of coffee and the little town of Yirgacheffe is home to this unique blend. Buna Ababa means "Coffee Flower" and it is for a reason; it has notes of jasmine, lemon blossom, and gardenia with citrus, bergamot and honey flavors.

Finca Nueva Armenia Grottoe Microlot [Huehuetenago, Guatamala] $3.25

(Certified Organic * Shade-Grown * Direct Trade) "Grotto" is a special place - the very highest point on the beautiful Finca Nueva Armenia coffee farm. This selection is amazingly aromatic and complex, with notes of candied ginger, sugar cane, and citrus.
