We make our own sorbets from our plums, melons, wild strawberries and other fruits. Come try our fresh herb ice creams... they're tasty with our Belgian chocolate sauce! We also do family-style icecream and sorbet platters for groups of 8 or more.

These come in handy for a quick treat at home. Don't thaw. Just take them out of the freezer, layer with sauce, cheese, and toppings. Bake at 450-550 degrees for less than 10 minutes, until brown, bubbly, and hot.
