TRABUCO BURGER

A half pound patty served on a poppy seed egg bun with thousand island dressing, tomato, pickle and lettuce, onions and cheese on request, and Fries.

PATTI MELT

A half pound patty, broiled over the pit, placed between two slices of sourdough garlic toast with cheese and onions.

GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST SANDWICH

Boneless chicken breast marinated with teriyaki sauce and served on a poppy seed egg bun with mozzarella cheese and a slice of pineapple.

MESQUITE GRILLED CHICKEN

Half a chicken, marinated with fresh herbs and slow roasted over mesquite. Served with our house salad, garlic toast, fries or baked potato, and western beans.

ITALIAN SPAGHETTI

Angel hair pasta nest with our 31 year old recipe, including premium tomatoes, Italian sausage, and a time tested combination of fresh herbs and spices. Served with hot garlic toast and a cold house salad.

FISH AND FRIES

Crisp pieces of cod, deep fried to a crisp, golden brown, and served with salad, garlic toast, and fries.

What's this, you say? Well, it's cherry filling wrapped in a flour tortilla and deep fried. Then, we top it with ice cream, hot cherry sauce and whipped cream. This masterpiece takes us about ten minutes to prepare, but it's well worth the wait.
