Baby Back Ribs
These are the only 3-time "World Grand Champion" winners at the Memphis in May competition. They are sprinkled with Magic Dust then slowly cooked in our pit with a combination of woods for 5-7 hours, locking in the moisture and flavor. | You will notice a light pink to rosy cast to the meat-a result of slow cooking with wood.

Smoked Barbecue Chicken
We take our chicken, season it with our Magic Dust, then slowly cook it for 3 1/2 - 4 hours until it is tender and juicy. | Pit cooking with wood results in a light pink to rosy cast to the meat.
Barbecue Pork Shoulder
The shoulder is cooked Low n' Slow for 18-20 hours. Then it is chopped, dusted, sauced and served hot.
Smoked Hot Links
All-beef hot links smoked in the pit, served on a bed of white rice with a slaw garnish.
Smoked Brisket
Our brisket is seasoned with Magic Dust and cooked Low n' Slow for 18-20 hours. Once it's off the pit, it is sliced lean, sauced, dusted and served hot.
Pork Chops
Two center cut chops spiced with our special seasoning then grilled to perfection and served with spiced apples.
Southern Catfish
Farm raised catfish fillet fried to a golden brown, served with hush puppies. A true southern delicacy.
Charbroiled Shrimp
Louisiana Gulf shrimp grilled with lemon butter and spices. Served on a bed of rice pilaf.
Ribeye Steak
14 oz. of hand-cut choice, cooked to your liking, with a special blend of spices. Choose grilled or blackened.
New York Strip Steak
14 oz. of USDA Choice N.Y. Strip known for its rich robust flavor.
Fettuccine Alfredo
A generous portion of fettuccine, served with a touch of down home. Your choice of plain, vegetable, chicken or hot link. Served with a Memphis salad. Side dishes are an additional charge.
Pork Steak
A true southern favorite. A 16 oz. pork steak pit cooked to perfection, then finished off on the grill.
