NOODLES
Pad Thai
The definitive Thai noodle dish. Just as the Italians are known for “Pasta” and the Chinese are known for “Lo Mein”, the Thais are known for Pad Thai. Many Thai food connoisseurs judge a Thai restaurant by their Pad Thai. Based on the huge quantities of orders we sell, we know we’re doing well. Rice noodles sautéed with chicken, shrimp, eggs, ground peanuts, bean sprouts, and green onions.
Pad Woon Sen
Clear thin noodles made from bean thread. We call it “Thai Angel Hair.” Sautéed with shrimp and chicken, bean sprouts, cabbage, carrots, snow peas, and onions.
Pad See-Ew
“See-Ew” in Thai means sweet soy sauce - rice noodles sautéed with broccoli, egg, and bean sprouts.
Laad Na
Rice noodles are pan fried first and then topped with a light brown gravy, and broccoli.
Pad Kee Mao

Mixed Vegetables

Sweet and Sour
Not heavily breaded and fried like the typical Chinese version. The Thai version is much lighter and “fresh” tasting - lightly sautéed with fresh pineapple, cucumber, tomato, onion, peppers, and scallions.
