Warm wholemeal pitta bread and selection of dips: Pimento, Hummus, Tofutti dip, Cocktail sauce

This basic dish is made with extra virgin olive oil and our special oat meal. Crisp baked mushrooms set on a bed of salad and served with cocktail sauce.

Tofu Medallion Piccata with Spaghetti (wo)
Marinated organic tofu slices, baked in oat crumbs, and served on a nest of our own tomato wholemeal spaghetti.

A taste of Eastern and Afro-Caribbean cooking all on one plate. Baked plantain, okra, falafels, tomato sauce, marinated aubergines and courgettes.
Seitan Stroganoff (wo)
Seitan strips, mushrooms, caramelised onions, pepper cubes in cashew cream and fresh herbs. Served with brown basmati rice.
Broccolini Di Parma
Fresh pancakes stuffed with tofu cottage cheese, broccoli, and pimento sauce, re-baked drawing out the fine flavour. Served with sautéed baby potatoes.
Ben’s Special (wo)
This West Indian stir-fry contains whole-grain basmati rice and a creation of fresh vegetables, with tofu cubes or seitan (according to your choice) sautéed in extra virgin olive oil, marinated and lightly spiced.
Pasta with Wild Mushrooms (wo)
Wild mushrooms, wholemeal pasta and leek well sautéed, turned in lime, fresh herbs, and finished off with cashew cream. An excellent combination.

Organic tofu and veggie mince burger on a wholemeal roll, served with fresh leaf salad, oven-baked chips, and home-made ketchup.
