Cha Gio – Imperial Rolls.
Shrimp, pork, glass noodles, wood ear mushrooms, taro, jicama, carrots, and shallots wrapped in rice paper then fried until golden and crispy. Wrap the rolls with the lettuce and herbs provided.

Spring salad mix tossed with a ginger kaffir lime vinaigrette. Garnished with candied walnuts, jicama, and julienne carrots.
Muc Rang Muoi - Salt & Pepper Calamari. GF
Calamari deep fried with a gluten-free salt and pepper coating then tossed with sautéed jalapeños and scallions. Served with a cilantro lime dipping sauce.
