MONDAY--Mexican Steak Plate

A tender charbroiled ribeye steak topped with your choice of ranchero or verde sauce. Served with grilled potatoes a la Mexicana, a dinner salad and tortillas.

TUESDAY--"Tex-Mex" Plate

One crispy picadillo taco complete with lettuce, tomato and cheese. One tamale, one cheese enchilada, both topped with chili gravy. Served with rice, beans and two tortillas.

WEDNESDAY--Chiles Rellenos

Two fresh roasted poblano chiles stuffed with sauteed fresh corn kernels, diced zucchini, onion, garlic and spices, deglazed with lime juice and white wine and topped with a dollop of sour cream and jack cheese. Served on a bed of spanish rice, with a dinner salad and tortillas.

THURSDAY--Flautas

A delicious blend of chicken, spices and cheese, delicately fried and topped with sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo and grated cheese. Served with rice and beans.

FRIDAY & SATURDAY--Shrimp Alambres

Marinated jumbo shrimp grilled to order. Served on a bed of rice with white wine garlic butter, dinner salad, beans and tortillas.
