Cho Chee Curry
A mild heat, served with a variety of vegetables, shrimp, pineapple and coconut milk.
Green Curry
The base to this curry is fresh ground green Thai chilies, a hint of basil, and other assorted herbs. It has and aromatic flavor and beautiful green color. A bit hot, but a refreshing flavor. A creation best served with chicken or beef.
Massaman Curry
A southern Thai favorite with beef or chicken. This curry is moderately hot with a sour taste coming from that tamarind. It is one of the few Thai dishes that is made with potatoes, carrots, onion and peanuts.
Panaeng Curry
Panaeng is a dry, rich curry made with coconut milk. It is hot, but with a sweet and sour taste. Made with beef or chicken and mixed vegetables.
Red Curry
This curry uses dried red chilies. A rich elegant flavor, served with your choice of chicken or beef with bell peppers, bamboo shoots, and basil.
