Three thick corn tortillas filled with parilla grilled Alaskan Cod, topped with Cilantro Cabbage Slaw, Queso Cotija, Crema Agria, and Avocado. Served with grilled Pineapple and our Salsa Carmen and Mango Avocado Salsa. We sell a lot of these!
Thai Panang Beef Curry
This is one of our favorite Thai dishes, wok cooked with thin slices of Beef, Coconut Milk, and a spicy Thai Curry. Served with imported Jasmine Rice and Napa Cabbage slaw with Cucumber.
Bistec Tacos
Three corn tortillas filled with grilled seasoned Angus beef, green Onion, and Cilantro, served with grilled Zucchini, Mexican rice, Guacamole, and three of our homemade salsas.
Adriatic Sea Grilled Shrimp Salad
Ten large grilled Shrimp on Romaine with fresh Tomato and Basil in a lemon olive oil dressing with Feta Cheese, Kalamata olives, and Purple Onion.
Chicken Saltimbocca
Chicken Breast layered with Ham and sautéd in a lemon, mushroom, caper, white wine sauce. Served atop fresh Spinach steamed with olive oil, white wine, and garlic, along side Angel Hair Pasta. In Italian, Saltimbocca means “Jump in your mouth!”
Stacked Chicken Enchiladas
Seasoned Chicken layered with Jack Cheese, diced onion, and Tortillas in a toasted Poblano cream sauce, served beside a crispy Cabbage salad with Avocado and Tomato slices. An optional sunny-side-up egg is highly recommended on top of your stack.

Most famous Thai dish wok-cooked with wide Rice Noodles, Chicken, Beef, and Shrimp, some Egg and assorted Vegetables, with chopped Cashews and Bean Sprouts, with Tamarindo, and Lime. Hot Sambal Olek sauce on the side.

Flame grilled Ribeye served with a twice-baked Potato and fresh Asparagus Spears.
Lamb Askew
It’s all Grilled except the Potatoe! Big Lamb Slices marinated and askewered along with Sweet Peppers, Onion, and Corn-on-the-Cob, beside a twice-baked Potato.
