This elaborate dark mole has been a tradition in fine fiestas in Mexico. We use our own mother’s recipe, made with 19 ingredients included chile ancho, mulato, pasilla, chocolate, variety of seeds and spices which contributes to its thickness, spicy-sweet-earthy flavor.
