Winter Ceviché
A Guererro-style ceviche of local fresh fish, cured in a blend of citrus juice, satsuma tangerines, organic red onions, cilantro and jalapeno. Served with a stack of crisp tortillas.
Chilled & Shucked Oysters
A selection of oysters (see raw bar menu), shucked and served on a bed of crushed ice with house made cocktail sauce, mignonette, Tabasco (on the table) and lemon.
BBQ Oysters
A Marin specialty, local Cove Mussel Company Oysters, grill-poached and finished with our very own secret BBQ sauce, lemon and chives. (Takes about 20 minutes...)

The Grilled FISH. Sandwich
Your choice of fresh oak-grilled fish served on a sweet roll with slices of fresh tomato (in season), red onion and lettuce. Garnished with house made tartar sauce and seasoned shoe string fries or greens. Fish choices change daily and seasonally.

A big blue bowl of organic mixed greens, carrot and cherry tomatoes, house-made croutons and your choice of oak-grilled fish and dressing. Again, fish choices change daily and seasonally.
The Saigon Salmon Sandwich
Grilled marinated local King salmon with a blend of fresh carrot, jalapeno, cilantro and house made Vietnamese ginger-scallion sauce served on a torpedo roll. Served with a side of chili-lime coleslaw or fries.
The FISH Taco Plate
The traditional grilled fish taco served on a fresh white corn tortilla with cabbage, salsa fresca, roasted tomatillo, lime crema and cilantro. Served 3 tacos per plate.
The Crab Roll
A west coast rendition of the east coast favorite. Sweet Dungeness crab served with Clover butter, salt and pepper in an Acme sweet torpedo roll. Seasoned fries or greens on the side.
The Tuna FISH Salad Sandwich
Line-caught, house-poached local albacore tossed with nicoise olives, celery, red onion and a lemon caper mayo served on a toasted torpedo roll. Served with shoestring fries or greens.
The Tuna Melt
Tillamook cheddar melted over our tuna fish salad stacked on Acme pain de mie. Served with seasoned shoestring fries or greens.
FISH and Chips
Fresh Alaskan halibut battered with Anchor Steam beer and seasoned flour, crispy and golden brown. Served with Fish. chips, lemon and our house made tartar sauce.
Tuscan White Bean and Tuna Salad
The FISH version of the old Italian classic, served with Iacopi bombaloni beans, house-poached albacore tuna, red onion, black olives, fresh lemon, olive oil and aged red wine vinegar.
The Glad Hand Salad
A Sausalito tradition, house made Glad Hand blue cheese dressing served over shredded crisp head lettuce and house-made sourdough croutons.
The Torpedo Burger
A half-pound of Prather Ranch organic ground beef served atop a daily baked Acme Torpedo roll. Complete with lettuce, tomato (when in season), onion and pickle on the side.
Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Grilled pain de mie with a thick wedge of Tillamook cheddar cheese and a side of fries or greens.
Peanut Butter and Jelly FISH. Sandwich
