Gajjar Halwa
A traditional Punjabi preparation of shredded carrots, slow cooked over a low flame with milk, crumbled paneer, sugar and cardamoms. Imlee’s special preparation of Gajjar Halwa is enriched with cashews and raisins. Served warm and best complimented a-la-mode.
Semiya Payasam
A preparation of vermicelli, lightly roasted then combined with milk, cream, sugar and spices to create a smooth milky pudding.
Kulfi
Coconut, Mango or Pistachio flavors are available – Sweet and aromatic, an Indian home-made creamy ice cream that includes saffron and flavored with other exotic spices.
Falooda Ice cream
An exotic Indian ice cream infused with rose syrup (sharbat gulab) and strands of corn flour vermicelli that’s popular all over India for its unique flavor and cooling effect.
