Spaghetti and Meatballs
Cascioppo Brothers hot Italian sausage and lean ground beef are mixed with minced onions, garlic, herbs then hand formed into meatballs and baked. Tossed with our house made marinara sauce and spaghetti noodles. Topped with Parmesan cheese and served with a side of toasted garlic bread.
Lamb Curry Pot Pie
Tender New Zealand lamb is simmered with onions, carrots, bell peppers, garlic, cilantro, hot spices, coconut milk and chicken stock. Topped with puff pastry crust and baked in the oven. Garnished with our apricot chutney and served with a side salad tossed in our ginger-mango vinaigrette.
Swordfish Filet Sandwich
A swordfish filet is rubbed with garlic oil and cracked black pepper then grilled and served on grilled Essential Bakery’s rustic sourdough bread with watercress tartar sauce, lettuce and cherry tomato-kalamata olive relish. Served with a side salad tossed with truffle-lemon oil with English cucumber and shaved reggiano cheese.

Artichoke Hummus Pita Plate
Chopped artichoke hearts are blended with a traditional hummus mixture of garbonzo beans, lemon, cumin and tahini. The artichoke hummus is served with grilled pita bread, roasted red peppers, lemon tahini sauce, fresh nicoise olives and our tabouleh salad. This is a great vegetarian plate.
Cilantro-Pesto Chicken Queasdilla
A large flour tortilla stuffed with roasted chicken, roasted red peppers, Monterey Jack cheese and our house made cilantro pesto, then grilled and served with wild greens tossed in our zesty chile and orange vinaigrette. (Vegetarian option available upon request)
Roasted Garlic & Herb Bread
Fresh Ala Francaise baguette spread with our blend of roasted garlic, butter, fresh rosemary, sage and thyme, then baked hot in the oven.
Oven Roasted Curried Cashews
An individual serving of whole cashews oven roasted in curry spices and butter giving them a distinctive spicy flavor.

We have become well known for our exceptional soups. All of our soups are made fresh using our own soup stocks and fresh produce from the Pacific Northwest. Served with fresh sliced Essential Bakery como bread.
Mixed Green Salad
14 kinds of organically grown mixed greens tossed with red onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, Danish blue cheese and house made herbed croutons, tossed in our freshly made tarragon raspberry dijon vinaigrette
Hilltop Gumbo
Based on an old New Orleans recipe, we feel this is the best gumbo in anywhere. "Hot and Spicy", it consists of baby shrimp, roasted chicken, fresh Cascioppo Brothers andouille sausage, onions, tomatoes and green prppers. Served on a bed of "Dirty Rice" and garnished with pickled okra. Accompanied by freshed sliced Essential Bakery rustic white bread.
Chicken Breast Sandwich
Lightly breaded, boneless breast of chicken, seared in garlic oil, then topped with mozzaralla cheese and baked in the oven. Served on toasted dill rye bread with cream cheese, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onions, mayonnaise and lettuce. The Seattle Weekly rated this "The best chicken sandwich in Saettle!"
Grilled Reuben Sandwich
Boarshead corned beef, sliced thin and piled on dill rye bread with Swiss cheese, fresh sauerkraut, brown mustard and our sun-dried tomato mayonnaise. The reuben is then grilled golden brown and served hot.
Lean Broiled Burger
Fresh Casioppo Brothers lean ground beef (Oregon Country grain fed, 100% free of animal byproducts), hand formed and flame broiled then served on a toasted Essential Bakery organic baguette with mayonnaise, mustard and topped with sauteed onions and peppers. Served with choice of side.
Soup / Gumbo Salad Combo
Enjoy a cup of our fresh soup or a cup of our housemade New Orleans styled Gumbo and any half salad. Makes for a quick and delicious light meal.
Caesar Salad
Fresh romaine and house made herbed croutons tossed in our own caesar dressing consisting of lemon, garlic, olive oil, raw egg yolk then topped ith parmesan cheese and garnished with anchovies. It is often said this is Seattles best caesar salad.
Grilled Ahi Tuna Sandwich
A sushi grade, yellow fin Ahi tuna filet is grilled and served on grilled Essential Bakery Como loaf with rosemary & lemon aioli and our roasted red pepper & onion relish. Served with Tabouli salad.
Oven Baked Three Cheese Focaccia Bread
Fresh Essential Bakery Focaccia bread is spread with our herb and roasted garlic butter then topped with a blend of fontina, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses and broiled until melted.
Southwestern Steak Sandwich
Tender flat iron steak is rubbed in ancho chili powder, garlic, black pepper and salt then grilled to medium rare and sliced. Piled on an oven warmed Essential Bakery organic baguette with chipotle mayo, melted Jack cheese, lettuce and our fresh Pico de Galo salsa.
Goat Cheese Salad
Creamy Frech Goat cheese is rolled in olive oil and bread crumbs, then baked in the oven and placed on 14 kinds of mixed greens tossed with roasted pecans, sliced red onion, house made herbed croutons and our own Sundried Tomato-Balsamic vinaigrette.
Hilltop Fish Taco
Our fresh "seasonal" fish is marinated in chipotle chiles, garlic, lime juice and cilantro then pan seared and folded into a warmed flour tortilla with lime-cilantro sour cream, shredded cabbage and corn salsa. Served with a side of wild greens tossed in our zesty chipotle chile and orange vinaigrette.
