Alehouse Paella
This hearty dish consists of Manila clams, shrimp, roasted chicken and chorizo sausage all sautéed with garlic, peppers, onions and peas then tossed with saffron Arborio rice and herbs. Served with grilled focaccia bread.
Southwest Chicken Sandwich
A boneless, skinless chicken breast is dredged in southwest spices and grilled. Served on toasted baguette with melted pepper jack cheese, lime mayo and pico de gallo salsa. Accompanied with a side mixed green salad tossed in our honey chipotle dressing and topped with corn salsa.
Tex Mex Steak Chili Combo
Marinated, grilled flank steak is simmered with onions, garlic, ancho chiles, green chiles, black beans, red beans, bay leaf and oregano in a rich ale and fire roasted tomato sauce. Topped with sour cream and green onions. Served with a green chile quesadilla and a side salad tossed in honey chipotle vinaigrette.

Chicken Breast Sandwich
Lightly breaded, boneless breast of chicken, seared in garlic oil, then topped with mozzaralla cheese and baked in the oven. Served on toasted dill rye bread with cream cheese, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onions, mayonnaise and lettuce. The Seattle Weekly rated this "The best chicken sandwich in Saettle!"
Columbia City Gumbo
Based on an old New Orleans recipe, we feel this is the best gumbo in anywhere. "Hot and Spicy", it consists of baby shrimp, roasted chicken, fresh Cascioppo Brothers andouille sausage, onions, tomatoes and green prppers. Served on a bed of "Dirty Rice" and garnished with pickled okra. Accompanied by freshed sliced Essential Bakery Rustic White bread.
Grilled Reuben Sandwich
Boarshead corned beef, sliced thin and piled on dill rye bread with Swiss cheese, fresh sauerkraut, brown mustard and our sun-dried tomato mayonnaise. The reuben is then grilled golden brown and served hot.
Honey Apple Mixed Green Salad
14 kinds of wild mixed greens tossed with sliced apples, red onions and house made herbed croutons, tossed in our freshly made apple-honey-thyme vinaigrette and topped with crumbled blue cheese.
Lean Broiled Burger
Fresh Casioppo Brothers lean ground beef (Oregon Country grain fed, 100% free of animal byproducts), hand formed and flame broiled then served on a toasted Essential Bakery organic baguette with mayonnaise, mustard and topped with sauteed onions and peppers. Served with choice of side.

Fresh romaine and house made herbed croutons tossed in our own caesar dressing consisting of lemon, garlic, olive oil, raw egg yolk then topped ith parmesan cheese and garnished with anchovies. It is often said this is Seattles best caesar salad.
Black Bean Pita Burger
Black beans, corn, roasted cumin and ancho chiles are blend together, hand formed in to patties, pan-seared then finished in the oven. Placed on warm pita bread with mayo, Jack cheese, lettuce and thinly sliced red onions. Topped with our three pepper salsa.
Fish Tacos with Kiwi Salsa
Fresh Alaskan true cod is coated in our pale ale batter then pan fried and placed in a warmed flour tortiilla with our spicy serrano chile & kiwi salsa and lime mayo. Served with wild greens in our honey chipotle vinaigrette.
Fresh Blackened Salmon Filet Sandwich
A fresh salmon filet is coated in our Cajun pepper and herb mix then "blackened" in an hot skillet and baked in the oven. Placed on a warmed Essential Bakery organic baguette with our housemade dijon-mayo, lettuce and sliced red tomatoes. Served with pasta salad or potato chips

Tender flat iron steak is rubbed in ancho chili powder, garlic, black pepper and salt then grilled to medium rare and sliced. Piled on an oven warmed Essential Bakery organic baguette with chipotle mayo, melted Jack cheese, lettuce and our fresh Pico de Galo salsa.
Baked Three Cheese Focaccia
Fresh Essential Bakery focaccia bread is spread with our herb and roasted garlic butter then topped with a blend of Fontina, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses then oven baked to perfection.
Goat Cheese Salad
Creamy Frech Goat cheese is rolled in olive oil and bread crumbs, then baked in the oven and placed on 14 kinds of mixed greens tossed with roasted pecans, sliced red onion, house made herbed croutons and our own Sundried Tomato-Balsamic vinaigrette.
Cilantro Pesto Chicken Quesadilla
A large flour tortilla is stuffed with marinated roasted chicken, roasted red peppers, Monterey Jack cheese and house made cilantro pesto, then grilled and served with wild greens tossed with our honey chipotle vinaigrette. (Vegetarian option available upon request)
Alehouse Mediterranean Plate
A traditional Middle Eastern Muhammara dip consisting of roasted red peppers, red fresnos, feta cheese, cumin, garlic, and walnuts blended until smooth. Served with grilled Pita bread and a Greek salad of cucumbers, tomatoes, kalamata olives and feta cheese.
