Lomo Saltado
Tenders of prime beef, with onions and tomatoes and crispy French fries wok-fried in a red wine and soy sauce. One of Peru’s most beloved dishes.
Trio De Anticuchos
Morsels of chicken, beef and heart of beef tenderized in a marinade Peruvian style. Served on a bed of mashed potatoes, corn kernels and ensalada criolla.
Peruvian Sampler
A trio of Peruvian favorites -- red pepper stuffed in spicy meat, a tamale wrapped in plantain leaves, and a salad from the highlands, made of fava, corn kernels, juice olives and fresh cheese with a splash of lime juice.
Pescado A Lo Macho
Fresh white fish covered with a creamy seafood sauce. Fish can be fried or poached.

Fresh fish baked or broiled, served with mashed potatoes and quinoa cakes.
