TAMARI SOY SAUCE
Thick and dark soy sauce, which has consistency, mellow flavor and fragrance. It is made from particular soybean which is the by product from the process of making miso. The bean separates from miso in the cask and takes one year to ripen. This soy sauce has beneficial effects on killing harmful germs and improving appetite and digestion.
WASABI
Wasabi is originally from Japan and grows wild in the current of the mountain for a long time. Wasabi is divided in to swamp wasabi and filed wasabi by cultivation. It needs two to three years to grow. The sharp taste of wasabi is volatile mustard oil (isothiocyanate). Wasabi has germicidal properties, composition reinforcement ability of vitamin B1, stabilization ability of vitamin C, and is effective in promoting appetite and digestion.
