(Rhone, France) A blend of 50% Grenache, 40% Cinsault and 10% Syrah, this racy rosé has some serious weight on the palate. Vinified as a "vin de saignée," a short maceration with a long fermentation under controlled temperatures is employed. Attractive salmon pink color, with brilliant tint in the glass. Intense and rich bouquet with very ripe berries. Ample and generous with tart red berries and an attractive final note of freshness.
